Allround Maintenance Technician

You are technically versatile, work accurately, and maintain an overview when something needs to be resolved. You take responsibility, ask the right questions, and communicate easily with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

• MBO vocational level, preferably in the direction of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Automation.

• Experience within a Technical Service in a production or industrial environment.

• Good knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering.

• Affinity with or experience in control technology and PLCs, for example Siemens.

• Experience with analyzing and solving malfunctions.

• A practical, safe, and planned way of working.

• The desire to further develop yourself through education and training.

• You are reliable, eager to learn, and take initiative when you see that something can be done better.

• You record activities carefully and work neatly according to agreements.

As an Allround Maintenance Technician, you will work day shifts on a wide and modern machine park. As an Allround Maintenance Technician, you ensure that machines, installations, and production lines continue to function reliably. You do not only work on solving malfunctions, but especially on preventing them.

• You analyze and resolve malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and control technology installations.

• You perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, production lines, and technical systems.

• You check installations, measurement and control technology, and safety systems using the correct testing and measuring equipment.

• You read, monitor, and adjust PLC equipment where necessary, for example Siemens.

• You identify recurring malfunctions and come up with structural solutions.

• You contribute ideas for optimizations that contribute to technical availability, reliability, safety, and quality.

• You work closely with production, so that technical choices align with what is needed on the shop floor.

• You support technical improvements and smaller projects within the factory.

• You carefully register performed activities, hours spent, and materials used in the maintenance system.

• You work according to the applicable safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines.
