• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking.

• At least 5 years of experience gained in the role of calculator within various residential and/or utility projects.

• You have a customer-oriented attitude and work in a structured and organized manner.

• You are communicatively strong and see opportunities when things can be done better.

• The salary for this position is between €5,639.- and €7,049.- gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. Depending on your knowledge, level, and work experience, an upward adjustment is possible.

• On top of salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you an indefinite contract after a 2-month probationary period.

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

As a calculator or cost expert, you are ready for a new step in your career. Your strength lies in sharp pricing, objective cost indication, and your knowledge of residential and utility construction. You play an important role within the team regarding the pricing of our (stacked) residential construction projects, area developments, and utility projects. You are completely at home in this and present a complete, realistic, and feasible proposal to the client with conviction. From the initiation phase through to execution, you steer us in the right direction. Your estimates and budgets, whether indicative or final, are crystal clear. No matter how complex the project is, you create a clear risk analysis, advise on the construction methodology, and look at how we can set the price even more sharply. We like to listen to a specialist like you, and therefore you will also get the space to think along about various processes, digitalization, and standardization within our pricing professional group. At Dura Vermeer Bouw Zuid West, you will be calculating for tenders and construction teams, with a project size between 10 and 120 million.
