Strategic Operations Coordinator

As a Strategic Operations Coordinator within our new Strategy & Transformation team, you will be right in the middle of the action. Within a dynamic and growing media company, you will get the unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the course of the entire B2C marketing department. Your day is a success if all marketing dashboards are up-to-date, bottlenecks are identified in a timely manner, and the weekly alignment between managers and directors runs flawlessly and is action-oriented.

As a Strategic Operations Coordinator, you are the pivot in the 'safety net' for our marketing department. You are the driving force and owner of the central dashboard and alert system for the CMO and the B2C Marketing MT, through which you ensure a 360-degree overview of all ongoing initiatives and B2C KPIs. In collaboration with the Strategy manager, you ensure that executives maintain an overview of progress and that operations, tactics, and strategy align seamlessly.

You will do this by:

• Maintaining the 360-degree overview: You actively monitor B2C KPIs, inventory the status of ongoing strategic projects, and act as the central dashboard and alert system for the CMO.

• Facilitating the consultation structure: You prepare the weekly alignment in which managers and directors report to each other and exchange feedback, so that operations, tactics, and strategy remain aligned.

• Supporting the transformation: You support the department and the team in streamlining communication and action points.

  For this role, we are looking for a pragmatic, analytically sharp team player who makes connections easily.
  Additionally, you possess:
  ● A completed HBO/Bachelor or WO/Master's degree, preferably in the direction of Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy.
  ● 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a coordinating, supporting, or operational role.
  ● A strong affinity with data, dashboards, and the latest developments in the field of digital transformation and (Gen)AI.
  ● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to an environment where many initiatives run in parallel.
  ● Communicative skills and enough assertiveness to proactively gather information from stakeholders and raise the alarm in a timely manner.
