As a Service Sales Representative, you work in a dynamic, multichannel environment. You advise customers about our news brands and magazines via telephone, email, and chat. Whether it is a complex delivery complaint or a question about a subscription, you listen sincerely and think in solutions. With your empathy, you build a valuable connection. You advise customers, via telephone, email, and chat, about the benefits of their subscription and offer suitable extras, ensuring the customer always feels valued.

• Good conditions: A competitive salary of between € 17.43 and € 19.00 per hour and an attractive bonus scheme.

• Development: You will receive an intensive 8-week training in communication and sales that you will benefit from for the rest of your career. Full-time attendance is mandatory during the first week, after which you will work according to your agreed availability.

• Flexibility: A work week of at least 24 to 36 hours and the possibility to work partly from home after the first few months, with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

You have a commercial mindset and preferably experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality. You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you enjoy working with measurable KPIs.

• At least MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably in the fields of commerce, marketing, communication, and hospitality;

• Experience in a commercial environment with measurable targets.

• Availability of at least 24 hours per week.

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• Digital dexterity (knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus).
