As our new Finance Operations Assistant, you will be the linchpin in our daily operations. You form the crucial bridge between traditional accounting and the rest of the organization. You safeguard the reliability of our data and ensure that processes run smoothly.

This role is specially designed for learning and growth. Whether you have more affinity with accounts payable or accounts receivable, you will master the financial flows, handle customer inquiries carefully, and build an ironclad foundation in accounting.

• You accurately process financial data for accounts receivable and accounts payable in SAP.
• You check incoming and outgoing invoices and ensure they are complete and error-free.
• You process bank payments and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
• You manage customer master data and guide the dunning and collection process.
• You work closely with the broader team for a smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Workspace (Google Sheets).
• A curious mindset, a sincere urge to learn, and the motivation to truly take ownership of your work.
• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week.
