Financial Data & Reporting Specialist

• MBO-4 working and thinking level with at least 3 years of experience or HBO with at least 1 year of experience in Finance/Admin.
• Excellent skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets (building reports, complex formulas, dataset analysis).
• Strong affinity with IT, ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and interest in utilizing AI tools (such as Gemini).
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and a good knowledge of English. (German is a plus).
• Strong analytical ability and the flexibility to fill a 50/50 role across two teams.

Salary indication: 4,000 € - 4,700 € / Month

At DocMorris, we make high-quality healthcare products affordable and accessible to millions of people in Europe. As a Financial Data & Reporting Specialist within our Finance Operations department in Heerlen, you will play a key role in this mission.

In this hybrid role, you are the driving force behind our financial data flows. You bridge the gap between raw data, process execution, and strategic business operations, enabling our organization to make sharp, data-driven decisions.

You transform complex financial flows into clear management insights, dashboards, and reports. With your eye for data integrity, you proactively identify trends, optimize departmental processes, and support daily operations at the highest level.

• Independently checking and processing financial documents, bookings, and figures in SAP.
• Designing, preparing, and monitoring KPI dashboards, reports, and forecasts.
• Reconciling payments with payment providers and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the accuracy of data sources and developing concrete process improvements.
• Performing complex financial analyses and supporting seniors and the Financial Operations team lead.

Location: Heerlen, Netherlands

Employment: FullTime (40h / Week)

Work model: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days at home)
