Wlz Employee - expertise team

• You can work 32-36 hours per week.

• You will be offered a one-year contract with the intention of entering into a long-term collaboration
  upon good performance.

• The full-time gross monthly salary is at least € 3,296.- and at most € 4,705.- based on a 36-hour work week
  (CAO for disability care, scale 50).

• An end-of-year bonus of 8.33% of the gross annual salary and an 8% holiday allowance.

• Market-conform travel allowance and an NS Businesscard for work.

• 201 leave hours (full-time) per year, with the possibility to buy and sell leave hours.

Are you an expert in the field of Wlz? MEE Rotterdam Rijnmond is developing an expertise team with employees who have knowledge of independent client support, for both the transition to the Wlz and the support for people with a Wlz indication.

Do you want to apply your knowledge in the field of Wlz at MEE Rotterdam Rijnmond? Then become a Wlz expertise team employee!

You are a pioneer in our organization, because your work primarily consists of setting up the Wlz expertise team. You position the team within MEE Rotterdam Rijnmond, internally, but also externally, by maintaining relationship management with CIZ. You do this by drafting process descriptions and developing the Wlz assessment framework. You investigate the route to independent client support within various municipalities. As a result, you work both in execution and for the support of professionals. You also set up a consultation structure with the Access and Management Team. You are responsible for investigating and following up on Wlz applications and indications, performing checks, assessing client files, and acting as the first point of contact.

You will receive an extensive onboarding program in which:

• You become acquainted with our mission, vision, and expertise in our 'Welcome to MEE program'.

• You follow various trainings and courses.

• After completion, you can call yourself a fully qualified MEE expert.
