Our internationally recognized arbitration practice is active across borders, legal systems, and sectors. We provide assistance in various types of arbitration: institutional, ad hoc, and investor-state. From energy and technology companies to financial institutions and states, clients entrust us with their most complex and strategic matters. Together with clients and industry experts, our team delves deeply into every case and represents our clients with conviction and legal pragmatism.
At our firm, the Arbitration and Corporate Litigation practice groups work as one integrated team. As a working student, you can be involved in matters in both areas, given the significant overlap in the work we handle. Although you can indicate a preference for arbitration or corporate litigation during the application procedure, we assume by default that working students are available for both areas. This structure offers a versatile experience and ensures that you come into contact with a wide range of complex disputes.
Why choose a role as a working student in the arbitration group?
You gain relevant work experience that aligns with your studies, build a valuable network, and develop essential skills in multidisciplinary teams at a leading law firm. You will be guided by experts in the fields of arbitration and corporate law. You will receive personal guidance with direct feedback and learn to tackle complex legal issues by working on real files.
