• You ensure that engineering and execution work together seamlessly. 
• You keep a cool head during unexpected turns and guide complex escalations with a calm, decisive hand toward a structured solution. 

You prevent problems before they arise. 

You are someone who brings structure and dares to make decisions. 

• HBO or WO degree (technical or business administration). 
• IPMA-D certified, with IPMA-C within reach (or the ambition to achieve this quickly). 
• Demonstrable experience with project and contract management within a technical project environment (experience in the Dutch infrastructure sector or with UAV-GC is a strong plus). 
• Strong commercial and financial insight (KPIs, budgets, margins). 

• You work structurally, maintain contractual oversight, and anticipate risks. 
• You are exceptionally strong in communication and are a firm, diplomatic negotiating partner for contractors and end customers. 
• You are proactive in identifying and utilizing commercial and operational opportunities. 
• You are decisive and excel at managing escalations when pressure mounts. 
• You are not a firefighter — you ensure that it doesn't catch fire. You take ownership.
