Valuer Specialist Markets (Hospitality & Leisure) | Amsterdam
Do you want to further develop yourself as a valuer within a specialist real estate market and work on the valuation of leading hospitality and leisure assets?
For our Valuation & Advisory team, we are looking for a Medior Valuer Specialist Markets. In this role, you will get the chance to further develop yourself within a specialized field that is constantly in motion. You will work on diverse valuation issues within hospitality and operational real estate, such as hotels, holiday parks, and recreational real estate.
Are you currently pursuing your Register Taxateur (RT) qualification or will you complete it soon? And do you already have several years of experience within commercial real estate? Then we offer you an environment in which you will receive responsibility, can grow towards a senior role, and can learn from experienced specialists within the market.
What will you do?
As a Medior Valuer, you will independently carry out valuations within the Specialist Markets division. You will work on complex valuation issues and advise clients based on sound analyses, market knowledge, and specialist expertise.
You will get plenty of room to further expand your expertise and play an active role within one of the most specialized teams within the real estate sector.
