What we're looking for

As an ideal intern, you meet the following profile:

You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking and are looking for a working internship.
You take initiative, are not shy, and have a sense for commerce.
You write and speak fluent Dutch and English. Responding to customers in a personal and creative way comes naturally to you.
You are solution-oriented and empathetic. You can put yourself in our customers' shoes and understand what is needed to make their experience with Crisp even better.
You are curious, eager to learn, and you work accurately and independently.
You are available at least 32 hours per week.
You are available for at least 5 months starting from February 2027.

The role

At Crisp, our customers come first, and that also applies to our business customers. The B2B team does everything possible to ensure that companies can enjoy better food at the office. You will be in continuous contact with companies to listen to their wishes and improve our service based on their feedback. Will you join our team as an intern starting in February 2027?

What you'll do

You support the B2B team with the rollout of 'Crisp at the office'.
You conduct research into current and potential propositions.
You are involved in acquiring new customers.
You are responsible for the onboarding of new business customers.
You are the point of contact for customers and improve our service based on their feedback.
You support the team with project management.
