Wholesale Strategy & Business Development internship

Become a crucial part of Crisp's next growth phase! Are you that strategic, commercial, and hands-on intern ready to conquer a new market for Crisp? We are looking for someone to directly help build the wholesale market. You will work together with the Head of Food Service & Food Retail, look behind the scenes at the development of a new business unit, and contribute to Crisp's revenue growth. Will you join our team for at least 5 months starting from February 2027?

What you will do

You are joining at the moment we are building Crisp's wholesale division from the ground up. Your work is a mix of commerce, operations, and strategy. As the right hand of the Head of Food Service & Food Retail, you will help our partnerships grow, so that the work of our partners and that of Crisp becomes ever better.

A few examples of what you will be doing:

• Supporting our current partners during the startup phase, with the right communication at the right time.

• Maintaining contact with our partners and helping them practically to make the collaboration succeed. To do this, you will regularly coordinate with internal teams, so that our services and processes meet the requirements of the business market.

• Thinking along about how our collaborations can best align with the wishes of the customer.

• Seeking opportunities to further expand our existing collaborations.

• Researching which new partners we can collaborate with in markets that fit Crisp well.

• Collaborating on the substantiation of investments, by clearly mapping out the business case and the risk profile of choices.

• Preparing presentations, contract proposals, and pricing agreements for the Head of Food Service & Food Retail, for current and new partners.

• Tracking commercial goals, such as revenue, margin, and progress on our objectives.

• You are pursuing a HBO or WO degree in the direction of (Technical) Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Economics, or a similar study.

• You are available for at least 32 hours per week for at least 5 months.

• You are commercially driven, have sharp analytical skills, and do not mind working with numbers.

• You are proactive, hands-on, and a coordinator: you do not wait around, but independently seek out solutions.

• You communicate excellently and switch easily between strategic conversations and operational details.

• You have (just like the rest of our team) a passion for delicious food.

• Previous internship and/or work experience is a plus.
