Business Development Representative

You will be the first person in the Dutch market to introduce Payhawk to potential customers, building relationships and creating a pipeline for our Account Executives in Amsterdam.

• Own your outbound prospecting campaigns, using a mix of emails, calls, social selling and events to engage prospective clients.
• Work closely with the Account Executive team in the Amsterdam office, running targeted prospecting strategies to create high-value opportunities.
• Use marketing-led demand generation campaigns to identify and follow up with prospects, build relationships and generate leads.
• Build a strong sales pipeline for the Dutch market, targeting companies with 200+ employees that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Proactively find new niches and come up with new campaign ideas to keep improving your outreach.
• Analyse your outreach and campaign results, and use what you learn to refine future strategies.
• Manage a pipeline of potential clients, with steady coverage that helps you exceed your monthly targets and supports sustainable growth.
