From a luxury holiday in the Maldives to a road trip through America: you know how to turn various holiday wishes into a trip that truly fits the customer. With your experience, broad travel knowledge, and commercial eye, you advise customers on the most beautiful destinations. You know the trade, know what good service means, and ensure that customers love coming back to you. Meanwhile, from your workplace, you travel the whole world. 🏝️

This world is our home. As an Allround Travel Consultant, you are the trusted face and point of contact for our customers. You already have experience in the trade, which allows you to quickly ask the right questions and translate travel wishes into suitable advice. In the shop, by telephone, and online: you ensure that customers are helped personally and well.

With your commercial eye and personal service, you make the difference. You work independently, switch easily between different customers and questions, and know what is needed to arrange a holiday well from start to finish. Whether a customer walks into the shop to book a holiday, contacts us by telephone with a question, or seeks our help online: you are happy to help the customer further.

You help our customers discover the world without worries by:

• Personally and independently advising customers and helping them in the shop to find and book their next holiday;

• Using your experience and travel knowledge to give customers suitable and personal travel advice;

• Going that extra mile and thinking along about everything that makes their holiday complete and carefree;

• Helping customers in the shop, by telephone, and online with questions about, for example, seat reservations, luggage, transfers, or changes to their booking;

• Recognizing commercial opportunities and making customers enthusiastic about the possibilities that match their wishes;

• Building a good customer relationship, so that customers will gladly come back to you for their next holiday.

  Our customers, of course, are not only there from Monday to Friday. That is why our stores are also open on Saturdays and during evening shopping hours. Together with your team, you make sure that someone is always ready to assist our customers at these times too.

• Some work experience in the travel industry;

• An MBO diploma, preferably in a tourism-related field;

• You are creative and entrepreneurial;
