Then stop searching, because GOfun has the perfect job for you! We are looking for enthusiastic tour leaders immediately who want to provide our guests with the summer of their lives.

As a party fixer, you don't close the door behind you at the end of the afternoon to go home. As a party fixer, you are 24/7 ready to rumble & always connected for our guests. Check the profile below to see if this job is written for you:

• You enjoy being around people and are a team player through and through. You are never alone and your team feels like a second family. Together we rock the summer!

• You don't just come to work on your tan and alcohol percentage, but you come to work with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality!

• Multitasking? That's just how you do it! Your clever head doesn't spin when you are busy with 10 different things at once while greeting everyone on the boulevard with a cheerful smile.

• Upon arrival, you give the guests a summer kick-off and tell them all the ins and outs of the destination.

• Additionally, you have a commercial mindset. You know how to make guests enthusiastic about our activities, you get energy from sales, and you see opportunities to improve the offering and the party program at the destination.

• You make the party & party ambassador is your middle name. You jump on the bar to whip everyone up, start a conga line when the music calls for it, and know flawlessly how to provide everyone with a great evening.

• In short: you strive to be the face of GOfun in everything you do and you are a true Holiday Legend for our guests!

• You are available for at least six weeks during the high season. If you are available for a full season starting from the end of May, you will have an advantage.

• How is transport arranged to one of the destinations?

  • GOfun provides your round trip to the destination.

• Does GOfun provide accommodation at the destination?

  • Yes! GOfun provides a nice apartment where you will usually stay with several colleagues.

• Can I indicate a preference for a destination?

  • You certainly can, however, you must be open to every destination. All destinations are fun, otherwise we wouldn't offer them through GOfun!

• What is the team composition at the destinations?

  • At one destination we may have a busier program than at another, and therefore the team composition may differ. For example, there will be duo destinations, but also teams of around ten people. The same applies here: we expect you to be open to both.

• Do I need to have completed a tourism education for this job?

  • A tourism education is not a must. Your enthusiasm for this job is the most important thing to us.

• I am not yet 20 years old, can I still apply?

  • You must be at least 18 years old and if you think you are suitable, we look forward to receiving your application.

• What does the training for party fixers look like?

  • The training takes place during the May holidays and is mandatory for everyone. During the GOfun training days, you will be prepared for the season and all duties of a party fixer will be covered. This training focuses on workshops, role-playing & presentations. The training takes place in group accommodation where the entire group and the supervisors will stay internally. The training is fully provided by GOfun.

• When will I know which destination I am going to?

  • During the training, you will be told which destination you are going to.

• When must I be available?

  • Our season runs from mid-May through the end of August, so we are looking for the best party fixers for this period. For example, are you still in school and not available for the entire period? No problem! You must be available for at least 6 weeks in the high season (between July 1st and August 31st). PLEASE NOTE! You must be able to depart by July 6th at the latest!

• Can I also do an internship at GOfun?

  • You certainly can! Every year we make a number of spots available for interns who want to learn tour leadership. Applying is done via the same application form. Just please indicate that you are applying for an internship.

• What are the earnings of a party fixer at GOfun?

  • The internship allowance is € 750,- gross on a full-time basis. The gross monthly salary for full-time employment depends on your age. Additionally, there is a possibility to earn a commercial bonus.

• Can I go to a destination together with my boyfriend/girlfriend?

  • Unfortunately, the chance that you will go to a destination together is very small.
