• You have at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• You can work with objectives such as customer satisfaction and efficiency
• You can coach a team on the most important objectives
• You recognize points for improvement and set goals to implement improvements.
• You are a strong communicator and know how to motivate your team. 
• You enjoy surprising customers yourself every now and then

You are ultimately responsible for your own hub and you lead a team of between 25 and 40 Coolblue bicycle couriers.
