You know better than anyone what a good delivery experience is, you are result-oriented, can streamline an operation, and enjoy leading a large group of couriers and team leads. What you will do
You build your own team of team leaders and coach and motivate them, so that they can manage the operational process as effectively as possible and improve couriers. You know how to bring out the best in them and ensure they enjoy their work.
You streamline daily processes at your hub to ensure that it runs like a well-oiled machine every day.
You are responsible for the safety, quality, capacity, employee engagement, and costs of your hub. You get energy from constantly hitting targets.
You work closely with the entire Delivery team and report to the Regional Delivery Manager.
As Hub Manager, you are responsible for your own hub. This is where our packed groceries arrive seven days a week to be delivered by your team in the region. Some of your responsibilities include:
