Apple Repair Technician

• At least 18 years old on your first working day.
• Repair experience. This may also be at a hobbyist level. 
• Conducting customer conversations. You will discuss the customer's problem in detail and come up with a suitable solution. This could be a repair, but also the sale of another device. 
• Meticulous and accurate. You think before you act. 
• You speak and write good Dutch so that you can help our customers as well as possible.
• Good command of the English language, so that communication with Apple runs smoothly. 
• During the application process, you will show a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). This will be reimbursed by us. We also check all candidates in the FAD register.

• This vacancy comes with a salary of €13.75 gross per hour. Once you have obtained your Apple Certificate, you will earn €14.30 gross per hour.
• Even more money: 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance (when you live more than 10km from the location) and pension.
