Job Description SummaryAs a Field Service Engineer, you will perform preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs on medical Ultrasound equipment in hospitals. You will work primarily in the field at customer sites throughout the Netherlands and remain focused and calm under pressure while solving complex problems. Our Service Center supports you in planning and organizing your workday. You will receive extensive training during your first year with us. For this position, we are preferably looking for candidates residing in the West region.Job Description

What you'll do

Troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance, corrective work, upgrading, and following Field Modification Instructions on designated equipment
Ordering and managing repair parts and monitoring associated lead times;
Ensuring the correct recording and maintenance of work documentation, including debriefings, parts orders, and KPI reports
Daily communication with customers to ensure that problems are resolved and properly followed up on, leading to customer satisfaction;
Collaborating with the local team to deliver efficient service to all customers within the assigned area;

Providing training to healthcare professionals for resolving simple operational malfunctions on designated equipment.
