Are you a specialist in the Social Domain or do you have experience with Suite solutions and want to contribute to the new generation of municipal services? You can do this as a Consultant in the area of Income at Centric. In this role, you translate complex issues within the Social Domain into practical solutions that truly work for municipalities and their residents. You work on implementations, guide users, and advise organizations on working more efficiently and effectively.

In the coming period, we face a large and beautiful challenge: onboarding new and existing customers to modern SaaS applications. Do you want to play a key role in this? Within the Social Domain, we build software that helps municipalities optimally support residents in the areas of work, income, care, and youth care.

As an Income Consultant, you guide municipalities during implementations, optimizations, and SaaS migrations of Suites for the Social Domain. You advise on process design, support users in their daily activities, and translate customer questions into concrete improvements in both systems and organization.

For, among other things, the implementation of the Participatiewet in Balans, we are looking for a consultant with (Suite) experience who understands how municipal processes work. You advise on configuration, connections, and integration with existing Suites and guide municipalities through the transition.

• You guide implementations, optimizations, the (re)design of the general ledger, and support the control of the database and the closing of the service year.

• You advise municipalities on process design within the Suites for the Social Domain.

• You provide training, workshops, and knowledge sessions.

• You work closely with other consultants, product teams, and project managers.

• You actively keep track of developments within the Social Domain and municipal services.
