• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience within a logistics environment.
• Experience with warehousing processes and automated systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process optimization and change management processes.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

For our location in Veghel, we are looking for a Supervisor Operations Support who connects people, processes, and systems and makes an important contribution to a reliable and future-proof logistics operation.

As Supervisor Operations Support, you will lead a team of operational specialists, including Inventory Specialists, Location Specialists, and WMS/WCS Superusers. Additionally, you will have indirect management of approximately 20 to 30 employees within the operation. You are responsible for creating the right conditions so that teams can perform optimally and processes are continuously improved.

You maintain an overview, identify deviations, and intervene in a timely manner when processes, systems, or performance require it. In doing so, you work closely with the Operations Manager, fellow supervisors, and other internal stakeholders.

• Coaching, developing, and guiding employees and specialists.
• Ensuring optimal qualitative and quantitative staffing levels.
• Identifying bottlenecks within processes and initiating appropriate improvements.
• Monitoring workload, mechanization, and operational performance.
• Being responsible for the operational guidance of customer and IGJ audits.
• Acting as a project leader or participant within implementation and improvement projects.
• Serving as a back-up for the Supervisor Warehouse.
• Stimulating a culture in which safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central.
