WMS/WCS superuser

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking.
• At least 2 years of experience with the technical aspects of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience within supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead projects independently and implement improvements.

For our logistics operation in Veghel, we are looking for a WMS & WCS Superuser Level 1. In this role, you are the connecting link between Operations, IT, and our systems. With your knowledge of WMS and WCS processes, you contribute to an efficient, safe, and future-proof warehouse operation.

As a WMS & WCS Superuser, you support the daily warehouse operation by ensuring systems function optimally and are continuously improved. You analyze processes, resolve incidents, and lead improvement initiatives that contribute to more efficient service delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Initiating, testing, and implementing improvements within WMS and WCS systems.
• Supporting operational teams with system issues and incidents.
• Performing analyses of disruptions and proposing structural solutions.
• Leading operational improvement and change projects.
• Developing dashboards, management reports, and improvement tools.
• Communicating system changes and project progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with internal departments, suppliers, and project teams.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, quality, and product integrity.
