• Gross monthly salary between €5000,- and €8850,- depending on your work experience, holiday allowance, car (allowance), profit sharing, fixed expense allowance, and a home office allowance.

Are you the experienced SAP Finance specialist (Dutch-speaking) who wants to guide our teams, make an impact with top clients, and contribute to innovative, AI- and Cloud-driven transformations?

You will become part of the SAP Finance team within KPMG Advisory Technology in the Netherlands. KPMG was recently appointed as an SAP Global Strategic Service Partner, with a focus on cloud-native, AI-driven transformations via the KPMG Velocity platform. Our team is known for deep SAP expertise, an innovative outlook, strong client relationships, and a culture of growth, integrity, and impact.

As Senior Manager SAP Finance, you will drive both delivery and sales. You will lead projects and workstreams within SAP Finance transformations, and you will be a visible and authoritative face towards clients and in our market. 

Your role and responsibilities 

• Project & Delivery Lead: Leading large SAP Finance implementations, migrations (greenfield, brownfield, bluefield), and transformations with AI and Cloud integration. 

• Business Development: Identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities. Leading SAP Finance role in propositions and RFP processes. 

• Leadership: Building, coaching, and inspiring teams of managers and (senior) consultants. Promoting collaboration with other KPMG teams. 

• Stakeholder Management: Building trust with C-level stakeholders, guiding governance structures, and advising on end-to-end ERP strategies. 

• Expertise Development: Enriching our KPMG Velocity platform with SAP knowledge and experience, contributing to co-innovation in collaboration with SAP.
