Artificial Intelligence Internship

You have:

• A university Master's degree in, for example, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Administration, Innovation Management, Business Information Management, or a similar field.
• Interest in AI, data, technology, and consultancy, combined with an analytical and curious mindset.
• Affinity with topics such as Python, LLMs, RAG, agents, cloud platforms, and data governance.
• The ability to explain complex technical subjects understandably to different target audiences.
• You make conscious use of AI tools, critically assess output, and use technology to work smarter.

PLEASE NOTE: For this role, proficiency in Dutch at a minimum B2 level is required.

Do you want to discover how AI solutions are not only conceived, but also actually implemented within organizations? During this internship within the Data Strategy & Factory team at Capgemini Invent, you will work at the intersection of business, strategy, and technology. You will support consultants and engineers in designing, building, and improving AI and data solutions that help organizations achieve concrete business results.

In this role, you will work on:

• Researching and analyzing AI and data use cases for clients and internal teams.
• Building, testing, and improving prototypes using modern AI tools and technologies.
• Exploring topics such as LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI governance, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Analyzing how AI solutions can be applied safely, responsibly, and scalably within business processes.
• Translating technical possibilities into concrete business impact and practical applications.
• Preparing workshops, analyses, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Thinking along about adoption and change management: how do you ensure that AI solutions not only work, but are actually used?
• Collaborating with consultants, strategists, and technological experts to bring AI solutions from concept to practice.

You will receive guidance from experienced colleagues and together you will set learning goals to help you grow in both substantive knowledge and consultancy skills. Additionally, you will have plenty of room to explore new technologies, take initiative, and further develop yourself.
