SAP Test Manager

• You have (at least) HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;
• You have experience in drafting test strategies, test planning, and quality processes within an SAP environment;
• You have knowledge of test automation, can draft a test automation strategy, and have a healthy interest in using AI in your work as an SAP Test Manager;
• You are highly experienced in stakeholder management and coaching colleagues (both internally and externally);
• You possess persuasiveness, are strong communicators, and are capable of taking leadership;
• You can work in Agile and waterfall methodologies, and can lead one or more teams;

• You have certification for TMAP or ISTQB (or are willing to obtain this).

Excellent command of the Dutch language is essential for this position. A C1 level is required, with B2 being the minimum acceptable proficiency level.

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €8,217.50 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As an SAP Test Manager, you play a key role in large-scale transformations, implementations, and migrations. As an SAP Test Manager, you are the expert in the field of SAP quality engineering and testing. You know better than anyone how to approach stakeholder management at all levels. In doing so, you also bring your colleagues along in your approach and coach them where necessary. In short: you know what is required in a quality process and know how to implement this at the client. At the same time, you also maintain an overview of the results and the progress of the testing activities.

You are proactive and you know what the latest developments in the market are, so that you can advise on them and help with implementation. You keep a sharp eye on market developments, such as AI, and proactively look for ways to utilize them.
