Agile Quality Coach

• You have (at least) HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;
• You have experience with quality engineering and you are quality-conscious;
• You have experience with different working methods in medium to large organizations (such as, for example: waterfall, Agile, SAFe);
• You have experience with IT processes and product development (or software development);
• You have strong communication and coaching skills for both content and process and are good at stakeholder management at every level;
• You are familiar with Agile or SCRUM principles, can apply them, and can also coach others in them (you may already have a PSM 1 and PSM 2 certification, or are willing to obtain them);
• You are familiar with the philosophy of SAFe and TMAP Organising Built-in Quality at Scale, can apply this, and can also guide and coach others in this (you may already have certification, or are willing to obtain it).

Excellent command of the Dutch language is essential for this position. A C1 level is required, with B2 being the minimum acceptable proficiency level.

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7,101.67 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

You make the difference for the client by coaching on quality awareness, process optimization, and providing guidance during the implementation of best practices. You focus on software development processes and quality at various levels. For example, you can be deployed as a Scrum Master or Agile Quality Coach, where you coach a team on quality mindset and collaboration so that better products are delivered. But you can also apply your knowledge and expertise at an organizational or management level. You do this not only with rock-solid coaching skills, but also with your knowledge in the field of quality and quality engineering.

You have an eye for content, process, and people. You know how to interact with different types of people, who have different types of roles, and how to coach and motivate them. Additionally, you are good at stakeholder management at every level, from team member to management. You know better than anyone that quality is important in every aspect of the process. You can help the client or colleagues realize in what way they can contribute to quality. You are familiar with various best practices and can provide the necessary guidance to implement these best practices.
