Your opportunities as Manager Intelligent Process Automation at Capgemini Invent

By deploying advanced automation technologies and process improvement methodologies, you help organizations fully realize their potential. As manager of Intelligent Process & Performance, your focus lies on rolling out automation solutions: from RPA to Agentic AI. You advise clients on the smart automation of processes, lead strategic workshops, and translate complex issues into practical solutions. You contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation portfolio and are involved in identifying new market opportunities, for example, around generative AI and digital agents.

In addition to your client-facing role, you are an internal engine of innovation: you develop project proposals, provide training on automation, and stimulate knowledge sharing within the team. We are looking for a team player with entrepreneurship and a passion for automation. You are proactive, analytical, switch gears quickly, and have strong communication skills. You have experience with project management and automation, know how to lead teams, and can convince stakeholders of the added value of intelligent automation.

In addition, you have:

Completed Master's degree (WO)
At least 6 years of relevant work experience in project management, data analytics, process management, and automation (such as RPA, Agentic AI)
Knowledge of and expertise in process improvement, automation solutions, and AI
Strong communication and people skills.
Experience in managing (small) multidisciplinary teams and building trust-based relationships with stakeholders, as well as with internal colleagues.
An open mind for projects abroad.
A good command of the Dutch (minimum B2) and English languages.
