The role

Are you building the future with us?
At Kroon & de Koning, we are looking for a Estimator with a sharp eye for construction costs and a passion for realizing extraordinary projects. You are the one who, from the very first sketch, lays the financial foundation for homes, apartments, and workplaces where people truly feel at home.

What you bring

  • HBO level of work and thinking (preferably Civil Engineering or Built Environment).

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of market and price developments.

  • Affinity with BIM, Solibri, and new automation techniques.

  • A critical eye, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented attitude.

As an estimator, you are indispensable in the preliminary stages of our projects. You:

  • Determine the cost price and prepare tender and work budgets.

  • Request quotes, create price comparisons, and actively think along regarding alternatives and optimizations.

  • Analyze construction methods and cost implications, generate key figures, and keep the master budget up to date.

  • Contribute to risk analyses and translate the program of requirements into a realistic cost picture.
