In short
Do you want to automate repetitive work processes more intelligently and thereby make the work of colleagues within KLM easier? Within the RPA team, you will work on software robots that take over and optimize processes. With Robotic Process Automation, you help to structure processes within various KLM departments and automate them in a smart and reliable way.
What will you do?
You design, build, and maintain RPA solutions that automate repetitive work processes. In doing so, you do not only look at the technical implementation, but also contribute ideas regarding feasibility and the best approach. Together with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and other RPA Developers, you ensure that solutions are stable, secure, and well-maintainable.
Furthermore:
- you design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions;
- you monitor, optimize, and maintain existing software robots;
- you prepare technical documentation and share best practices within the team;
- you work together with the RPA team to identify new opportunities for automation and participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies such as refinement, planning, and reviews;
- you perform code reviews and coach less experienced colleagues.
Where will you land?
You will become part of the KLM RPA team within the TACE Fasttrack & Innovation department, as part of Development. From Schiphol Rijk, you will work together with, among others, the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and RPA Developers on automating and improving processes within various departments of KLM.
Your profile
You get energy from translating processes into smart and well-functioning automation solutions. In doing so, you enjoy working together with various colleagues and adapt easily when priorities change. You take initiative, enjoy learning, and when developing RPA solutions, you keep an eye on both technical quality and the needs of the organization.
Additionally:
- you have HBO-level work and thinking ability;
- you have 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience with RPA development within an enterprise environment and hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework;
- you have knowledge of VB.NET/C# and possess a UiPath certification, for example UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Advanced Developer;
- you have experience with Agile and Scrum and with working within a Scrum team;
- you have a good command of both the Dutch and English languages.
Experience with or affinity for Agentic AI is a plus. This also applies to knowledge of API integrations, SQL and scripting, intelligent document processing, process mining, and other RPA platforms or low-code tooling.
