Producer

▸Together with a senior producer, you carry out all occurring tasks necessary for good progress (planning, logistics, personnel, finances, and facilities);

▸ In consultation with the editorial team, you prepare the recordings practically;

▸ Where necessary, you arrange locations, equipment, and props, and create call sheets;

▸ You support the team on location during the recording days and act as the point of contact for the crew;

▸ Where necessary, you arrange the use of archival material for editing purposes and arrange licenses;

▸You process both your own recording material and (online) external material;

▸You monitor the finances per broadcast within the frameworks given to you by the senior producer;

▸You bear responsibility for the administrative actions surrounding the production of the program.

BNNVARA produces various programs for Video, Audio, and Online, such as Spuiten en Slikken, Boos, Je Zal Het Maar Hebben, Zembla, Spijkers met Koppen and Vroege Vogels. These programs bring socially relevant themes, entertainment, and journalistic productions to a wide audience.

▸You have demonstrable experience with the production of programs;

▸You are a star at planning and organizing. You can independently determine a suitable work approach for your tasks and execute them. In this way, you align the schedules you create with ongoing processes and ensure that the necessary people and resources are available at the right time;

▸ You are able to work independently - in the office or on location (where you enjoy camping (specifically Vroege Vogels) and are not intimidated by long recording days);

▸ You also function well in a team, in which you work closely with a senior producer, editors, reporters and a final editor;

▸ You are a strong communicator and know how to connect people in a pleasant way;

▸ You possess a driver's license;

▸ You have a smooth writing style. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
