What we offer you
▸ The position has a salary between € 3,032.79 and € 4,241.24 (salary scale F) gross per month based on 36 hours per week. Your salary will be scaled based on your experience and is based on the collective labor agreement (CAO) for broadcasting personnel.

The employment conditions are in accordance with the CAO for broadcasting personnel. Within that CAO, this includes among other things:
▸ Holiday allowance of 8% and a December bonus of 6%;
▸ Annual periodic salary growth up to the maximum of your scale;
▸ 200 leave hours per year, based on 36 hours per week;
▸ In addition to the regular training budget, there is a personal career budget;
▸ Collective pension scheme (2/3 paid by BNNVARA);
▸ Health insurance allowance of € 52.00 gross per month.

This is what you will do
You will independently conceive and create content for online and social channels, where the music/dance/topics of Kinderen voor Kinderen are central. You will manage the social channels of Kinderen voor Kinderen and you will immerse yourself in the experiential world of children aged 6-9 and create content with children from the choir.
