What we're looking for
- Following a BBL mbo 3 or mbo 4 education towards Retail Specialist or Retail Manager.
- Available at least 3 full days per week. You work 8 hours a day.
- Speak and write good Dutch, so that you can help our customers as well as possible.
- Empathize well with our customers and their (product) needs.
- Present a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). This will be reimbursed by us. We also check all candidates in the FAD register.

The role
- Get to work as a shop assistant and simultaneously learn everything about our products and our mission; to amaze customers.
- Advise customers with your (growing) product knowledge and by asking the right questions.
- Always offer suitable solutions, so that every customer leaves the shop with a smile.
- Improve processes in the shop. For example, by thinking about how we can increase upselling.
- Challenge yourself with targets and take your sales skills to a higher level.
How you'll work
- Flexible schedule. You manage your own hours, so you have enough time to attend your lessons and complete school assignments.
