From our head office right on the Grote Markt in Groningen, we serve consumers across Europe. To go the extra mile for our customers every day, we are looking for new colleagues. The operational teams we have are: Subscriptions, Customer Service, Returns & Repairs, and Shipping & Delivery. At Belsimpel, you can work 7 days a week from early morning until late at night. Additionally, you can specify a different availability every week, making it perfectly combinable with your studies, sports, and friends. At Belsimpel, we also love to celebrate successes together: Belsimpel is now known for its many outings, Friday afternoon drinks, and parties.

• Subscriptions Team

You will work behind the scenes at Team Subscriptions. In addition, you will spend about 1/3 of your time on customer contact, both by email and by phone. Together with your team, you are responsible for the entire administration surrounding all subscriptions. Think of checking data in the system, or verifying identity documents for Verifai. If something doesn't add up, you simply give the provider a call!

Profile: You work accurately and neatly, have an eye for detail, and have a great sense of responsibility.

• Customer Service Team

You ensure that every customer is addressed in the right way, both via email and by telephone. We do not know sales or sales tricks. With the help of training and coaching sessions, your communication skills will get a boost and you will know exactly what help the customer needs. Sometimes you will also call customers yourself, but we only do this from a service perspective. The customer is therefore always waiting for your call.

Profile: You are communicatively skilled, can listen well, work in a service-oriented manner, and have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• Returns & Repair Team

In this team, you work behind the scenes to ensure all our customers are helped in the right way. You analyze all incoming returns, check them carefully, and determine the correct next step. Does the customer receive a new device, or can it still be repaired by the manufacturer? A simple change in the settings, of course, you can fix that too!

Profile: You enjoy solving problems, can work independently, and have an interest in technology and/or phones. And if you have little knowledge of this yet, we will simply teach you!

• Shipping & Delivery Team

You ensure that all our customers receive their package as quickly as possible. As soon as an order comes in, you gather the correct products, put them in the package, and pack this box carefully and accurately. Additionally, you ensure that the new stock is entered into the system and placed in the correct location in the warehouse. An active and varied part-time job indeed!

Profile: you are a real go-getter and do not like to sit still, you can work neatly, and are willing to go the extra mile.

When you start working at Belsimpel, you start with an extensive onboarding period in which you are trained to become a specialist. The trainings are primarily on Monday evenings and the schedule is easy to combine with your student life. You work a maximum of 16 hours per week and even during the training weeks, you can plan your hours flexibly.

When you start with us, you will be trained to become a specialist during an onboarding period! Our trainings are primarily in the evening and the schedule is perfectly aligned with your student life. We regularly start with a new group because we are growing incredibly fast!

You always start with the basic tasks of your team. When you have been employed for a bit longer, there is the possibility to grow to a higher level, in which you receive more tasks and more responsibilities. Ultimately, it is possible to grow into the role of coordinator, where you help colleagues with difficult issues and are coordinating during the shifts.

A flexible part-time job, moreover, offers not only growth opportunities within the team itself, but it is also a solid foundation to grow into another (study-related) position during or after your studies! Sounds cool, right?

• You are studying at hbo/wo-level, or you have just completed your havo/vwo;

• You are available to work at least 16 hours per week, of which at least 1 evening part and 1 day part on the weekend;

• You are available to work with us for a longer period of time;

• You are a go-getter and see the work that needs to be done;

• You work neatly and accurately.

Fluency in the Dutch language is required for this role; candidates will be assessed accordingly.
