As a Campus Recruitment Specialist, you are the face of BDO towards the education and labor market for potential (graduation) interns and starters.

• designing, organizing, and executing recruitment activities such as in-house days and exam training.
• maintaining contacts with internal clients and external parties such as universities of applied sciences, universities, study associations, and student associations.
• conducting interviews, building talent pools, and creating employment condition proposals.
