Specialist Water & Climate

• At least 10 years of experience within the field of water safety, and/or urban or rural water management and/or soil and climate adaptation;

For our Water & Climate business line, we are looking for experienced medior/senior Specialists with in-depth expertise, who want to commit themselves to complex issues such as water safety, climate adaptation, urban and rural water management and/or soil issues.

As a Senior Specialist within the Water & Climate business line, you will work on projects that contribute to a safe, healthy, and future-proof living environment. You will advise on complex issues in the field of water safety and/or urban water challenges and/or soil. In doing so, you translate policy and research into sustainable, practical solutions that are feasible in practice.

You take a leading role in projects, guide colleagues and junior advisors, and know how to convince clients with your in-depth knowledge and experience. You combine substantive expertise with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach and contribute to innovative and realistic solutions with your fresh perspective and courage.

Location: Holten, Nieuwegein, Amstelveen, Eindhoven, Breda (Hybrid)

• You are a senior professional with significant experience, who gets energy from collaborating and making an impact in practice. Additionally, you bring the following:

He is a social technician who loves to collaborate to realize beautiful projects and continuously develops his Urban Water team. At Aveco de Bondt, he particularly values the freedom to carry out his work, the people-oriented organization, and the collaboration with colleagues. Outside of his work, he gives guest lectures, assists students, and finds time for chess and Pencak Silat with his son.
