Salary per month:
Based on collective labor agreement (cao) scale 13 HAY, the range is € 3.363,57 to € 4.484,76 based on 36 hours.
As a Process- & administration specialist Pensions, you are responsible for the timely and correct execution of (complex) mutations. You primarily take on the tasks that are not processed via automation. You act as a point of contact for clients and their advisors, providing the right target groups with the correct information. As a Process- & administration specialist Pensions, you become part of the Personal Solutions Operations team. This team focuses on customer support, problem-solving, and improvement management of administration systems. The team consists of process- & administration specialists. They ensure high-quality processing of all changes occurring in pension contracts, whereby knowledge of pensions, administrative processes, and the Integrated Control Framework (ICF) is present in everyone.
In addition, you are always busy identifying improvements in the processes, both in the manual and the automated process. You get energy from making improvement proposals regarding quality, efficiency, and customer orientation. You ensure that the work is performed well and that an ISAE statement is issued. You pick up on signals and convert them into concrete actions, informing stakeholders about the status.
