You have at least 5 years of experience as a test manager (preferably in a complex environment)

Salary per month:
Based on collective labor agreement (CAO) scale 16 HAY, the range is € 5,082.02 to € 6,776.03 based on 36 hours.
The world of pensions is changing rapidly. Systems are becoming more complex, expectations are higher, and the pressure on quality is growing. As a test manager, you are responsible for organizing and coordinating test activities within one or more IT trajectories. You ensure that testing proceeds in a structured and efficient manner and that the quality of deliveries is guaranteed. You work in multiple Agile Release Trains simultaneously and move smoothly between teams, product owners, IT, and business stakeholders.
The emphasis in this role lies at the tactical and operational levels: you ensure that plans are executed, teams collaborate, and results are achieved.
You ensure that quality is not something that is "added on," but is an integral part of our way of working. You do this by coordinating test activities across teams, making risks visible, and setting sharp priorities.
Your tasks include:
Drafting and executing test plans within projects and changes
Aligning with IT, business, and external parties regarding test approach and progress
Identifying risks and bottlenecks and ensuring appropriate solutions
Monitoring the quality, progress, and planning of test trajectories
Reporting on test results and advising on release
