HBO+/WO (Higher Professional/Academic) working and thinking level;
For the implementation manager position: at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Dutch pension world;
For the junior position: 0-2 years of relevant work experience;
good analytical skills and experience with stakeholder management;
excellent writing skills for policy and decision-making notes;
excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
knowledge of pension and/or life insurance products, Wft Basis and Wft Pension (or to be obtained within a year)
experience with Agile/SAFe working and experience as a scrum master or willingness to fulfill that role;
Experience with data analysis, SFDR, or sustainability is a plus.

Salary per month:
Based on collective labor agreement scale 15 HAY, the range is € 4.335,55 to € 5.780,73 based on 36 hours.
The junior position is positioned in CAO scale 13 HAY, where the range is € 3,363.57 to € 4,484.76 based on 36 hours.
Are you able to translate legislation, customer needs, commercial desires, and product policy into successful implementations? Do you maintain an overview in a complex environment with many stakeholders? Then we are looking for you.
As an Implementation Manager, you will be part of the Products department. The Products team consists of 15-20 implementation and product managers. This team ensures that our products meet the needs of our customers and the latest insights from legislation and market developments. You ensure that changes are actually realized.
Within this team, you are responsible for managing, improving, and implementing changes in our pension and life insurance products. You ensure that our pension and life insurance products align with the needs of current and new customers (such as participants, employers, and advisors). You work intensively with colleagues both within and outside the Products team and report to the Products Manager. We have two positions open, which means we can also hire a junior implementation manager.
You:
- periodically check whether our products work according to our expectations (product reviews) and ensure follow-up on findings;
- execute change processes for our products, and monitor that changes are realized completely and in a controlled manner;
- follow developments in laws and regulations and maintain your professional expertise;
- translate developments into proposals for policy, procedures, and product adjustments based on customer needs, commercial opportunities, risks, and regulations;
- independently write decision-making notes and other documentation;
- specify change proposals for (Agile) teams;
- perform quality controls, for example through user acceptance testing;
- make the impact on customer, operations, risk, compliance, and commercial objectives transparent;
- identify bottlenecks during implementations and take charge of solutions;
- maintain relationships with Marketing, IT, Change, Account Management, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
