Our Funds & Asset Management team belongs to the absolute top of the market and advises internationally operating fund managers on the structuring, implementation, and restructuring of Dutch and international fund and carried interest structures. In addition, we guide institutional investors on the legal aspects of their investments in Dutch and foreign funds across various asset classes, from venture capital and infrastructure to private equity and private credit. Our team also advises fund managers, asset managers, and funds on strategic (M&A) transactions and relevant regulatory issues, including AIFMD II, MiFID II, and SFDR. Our practice covers the full spectrum and we have strong and long-lasting relationships with many prominent financial institutions.

As a (senior) associate, you will be fully integrated into the team from day one. Your work is extremely varied and consists of an attractive mix of advisory and transactional work in the field of funds & asset management. Think of structuring and setting up funds, advising institutional investors on their investments, and guiding international financial institutions through complex regulatory issues. You will actively contribute to the further development of our practice and will receive excellent guidance in doing so, including through our extensive global training offering.
