A salary between € 3,992 and € 4,740, based on 38 hours, in accordance with the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek (Collective Labour Agreement for Small Metal and Engineering).
25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, based on full-time employment.

As Lead Engineer Reconstructions VodafoneZiggo, you play an important role in the complete reconstruction process of fiber-optic and coax networks. You combine technical expertise with coordination and continuously think along regarding quality, feasibility, and process improvements. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to make an impact and enjoys collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Within reconstruction projects, you are involved in the complete production process of fiber-optic and coax networks. You assess designs, analyze risks, and check whether designs are practically feasible and comply with the applicable guidelines. Additionally, you handle applications with municipalities, water boards, and other involved parties and support the execution during the project.
In the initial phase, you actively participate in the design. As the team and the workload grow, your focus shifts increasingly towards the coordinating role of Lead Engineer Reconstructions VodafoneZiggo. You transfer knowledge to fellow engineers and think along about improvements in quality and processes.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Assessing high-level designs for fiber-optic and coax infrastructure.
Analyzing risks and the practical feasibility of designs.
Handling applications with municipalities, water boards, and other parties.
Supporting the execution and monitoring the quality of projects.
Guiding fellow engineers and contributing to process improvements.
The VodafoneZiggo Reconstructions department is responsible for both small and large reconstruction projects in the northern half of the Netherlands. Within the team, high-level designs, detailed designs, and quotes are checked, execution is supported, and projects are successfully delivered. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality are central, so that projects can be realized efficiently and according to the correct guidelines.
