Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for telecom and coax and fiber optic technology? Great. Because at Allinq, we are looking for a (Senior) Reconstruction Engineer who not only designs, but also thinks ahead. You ensure that our coax and fiber optic networks are smart, reliable, and future-proof.
Internal candidates will be given priority in the application procedure and will be the first to be considered in the assessment of the vacancy.
As a (Senior) Reconstruction Engineer, you are the bridge between design and execution. You ensure that every network design is correct, technically, practically, and administratively. You translate concepts into executable plans, while keeping an eye on feasibility, efficiency, and safety.
You work on challenging coax and fiber optic projects throughout the Netherlands and ensure that our customers can always rely on a stable network. In doing so, you coordinate with municipalities, water boards, contractors, and internal teams to arrive at the best solution together.
With your experience, you not only think along, but also think ahead. You identify opportunities for improvement, share knowledge with colleagues, and help to set up processes more intelligently. In this way, you contribute directly to innovation within our engineering department and to the growth of Allinq as a leading player in telecom infrastructure.
You are analytically strong, communicatively skilled, and love challenges. You know how to translate technology into practice and get energy from complex projects.
In addition, you have:
A completed MBO-4 or HBO education, preferably in a technical or telecom field;
A flexible and stress-resistant attitude in a dynamic working environment.
Thoroughness is important to us. A (limited) screening will therefore be part of the selection procedure.
An employer you can build on! Our employees determine the success of Allinq. Together we have to get the job done, and our way of working is therefore decisive. We have a special culture in which we offer you opportunities to keep growing. The challenge of staying in motion continuously. Great colleagues who are happy to help you along. And a working environment in which we encourage you to come forward with ideas for improvement!
Furthermore, you receive:
A salary between €3,391 and €3,889, based on 38 hours, in accordance with the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek (Collective Labour Agreement for Small Metal and Engineering).
25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, based on full-time employment.
8% holiday allowance.
A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.
A company phone and laptop.
The possibility to work hybrid, with a home office allowance of €2.45 per day.
A good pension scheme with pension fund PMT.
Under certain conditions, Allinq can nominate employees' children for a contribution toward tuition fees via the independent foundation Educatie4All.
At Allinq, everything is about connection. For more than 60 years, we have been designing, building, and maintaining the networks that keep the Netherlands online.
