Within the Fiber business market department, you are responsible for the design and engineering of high-quality fiber optic connections. In this role, you are not a drafter, but a technical expert who takes control of the entire preliminary phase. You analyze the customer request, translate it into a technically feasible design, and monitor the quality standards that belong to the business market.
Technical Design & Control: You design complex fiber optic networks and ensure that these comply with all technical specifications and legislation.
Feasibility Testing: You look critically at the situation outside. Is what we devise on paper actually realizable? You prevent surprises during construction.
Point of Contact for Execution: You are the technical point of contact for project leaders and executors. With your advice, you ensure that they can do their work efficiently.
Process Monitoring: You ensure flawless administrative handling and revision, so that our network documentation is always up-to-date.
You have a passion for network solutions and possess a proactive, hands-on mentality. Through your curiosity and enthusiasm, you inspire colleagues and contribute to the development of the team. Together, you work towards increasingly better results for our customers.
You have an affinity with fiber optic networks and are familiar with the industry.
You have experience in a similar role as an engineer.
You master the Dutch language and have good communication skills.
You have completed an MBO education, preferably in a technical direction.

A salary between € 3,391 and € 3,889, based on 38 hours, according to the CAO Kleinmetaal en Techniek.
25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, based on full-time employment.
8% holiday allowance.
A car suitable for your position / A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

The possibility to work hybrid, with a home office allowance of €2.45 per day.
