• Salary: between 2,560 to 4,021 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you decide how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget will be paid out to you.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Remote work allowance: € 2.45 per remote work day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.

• Sustainable travel: whether you go to the office or to clients by (electric) car, on foot, by bicycle, or by public transport, you can count on an appropriate reimbursement. Do you ensure that colleagues can hit the road without a care? At aaff, you play an important role in the management and further development of our fleet. You maintain an overview of vehicles, charging facilities, and lease contracts, support colleagues with mobility issues, and actively contribute to sustainable mobility solutions. In this way, you contribute to an efficient, future-proof, and well-organized mobility service within our organization.

Your focus lies on managing and optimizing the aaff fleet. You ensure that vehicles, lease contracts, and home chargers are correctly registered and support colleagues with questions regarding mobility. Thanks to your accurate way of working, processes surrounding ordering, replacing, and managing vehicles run smoothly.

In addition, you maintain contact with leasing companies, charging platforms, and other suppliers. You assess lease quotes, process user agreements, and monitor agreements made. In case of questions or escalations between drivers and suppliers, you are the first point of contact and ensure an appropriate solution.

You also make an important contribution to controlling costs and making our mobility more sustainable. You analyze consumption data, support budget forecasts, and identify opportunities for improvement. In doing so, you closely follow market developments and think along about innovative mobility solutions that align with the ambitions of aaff.

• Managing lease contracts, vehicles, and home chargers.

• Coordinating mobility solutions and services for colleagues.

• Checking and processing ordering authorizations, lease quotes, and user agreements.

• Monitoring compliance with mobility and lease regulations.

• Maintaining contacts with leasing companies, charging platforms, and other contract partners.

• Analyzing costs, fuel consumption, and mobility data and reporting on these.

• Contributing to sustainable and cost-conscious mobility solutions within aaff.
