Senior Corporate Law Jurist in the South of the Netherlands

• Salary: between € 4,940 and € 8,233 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Allowance for working from home: € 2.45 per home working day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.

As a senior jurist, do you want to do more than just advise, but truly influence the course and future of entrepreneurs? At aaff, you will work on corporate law issues that matter. From business structures to strategic choices: you oversee the whole picture and translate this into practical and applicable advice. In doing so, you work intensively with tax specialists, accountants, and business advisors. Will you use your legal expertise to move our clients forward?

With your legal expertise, you help SME and agricultural entrepreneurs look to the future with confidence. You make complex laws and regulations understandable and translate them into practical, solid solutions. From VOF and partnership contracts with complex entry and exit arrangements to shareholders' agreements: you draft them and assess them with a sharp eye. You also advise on legal opportunities and risks, restructurings, and governance issues.

Additionally, you guide junior colleagues in their development and contribute to the further growth of the team. Thanks to the close cooperation with colleagues from other disciplines, you are involved in client issues from start to finish.

• Advise clients on corporate law issues, with an emphasis on partnerships in the agricultural sector.

• Drafting and optimizing contracts, restructurings, and internal regulations.

• Supporting and coaching fellow jurists, tax specialists, accountants, and business advisors on more complex cases.

• Actively contributing to developments within the legal field and internal knowledge sharing.

• Ensuring compliance and identifying relevant market trends.
