Do you want to help organizations keep their IT environment reliable, secure, and efficient? You can do that as a Support Consultant MSP at Centric. In this role, you will work with tools such as Kaseya and HP Web Jetadmin to optimally manage IT environments and print infrastructures.
You are the specialist who supports customers with complex IT issues within a managed service environment. You analyze, solve problems, and ensure that systems and devices—from laptops to printers—always perform at their maximum.
As a Support Consultant within our Managed Services, you are responsible for the management and optimization of customer environments. You work in a dynamic environment with a lot of customer contact and play an important role within our support service.
You build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for IT management within an MSP environment. You manage and optimize IT environments using tools such as Kaseya, ensuring stable performance and a high degree of automation.
Additionally, you are responsible for managing print environments with HP Web Jetadmin. You monitor printers, implement configuration changes, and ensure that print infrastructures function efficiently and without disruptions.
When disruptions occur, you analyze them thoroughly and quickly come up with appropriate solutions. You work proactively by monitoring systems and identifying potential problems early. Through the smart use of scripts and automation, you optimize recurring management processes.
You work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver the best service. Whether you work independently or together with colleagues, you always think in terms of customer-oriented and innovative solutions.
Additionally, you actively contribute to knowledge development by sharing expertise, documenting processes, and supporting customers and colleagues in the optimal use of the IT environment.
