Are you strong with numbers, do you work accurately, and do you enjoy it when the administration is simply correct? As a Financial Administrative Assistant at Frimex, you will have a broad role: from invoicing and accounts receivable management to incoming invoices, payments, and support during the annual audit.
Not an administration where you do the same thing all day. You communicate with colleagues and customers, investigate discrepancies, and ensure that financial matters are handled neatly.
You work within the financial administration of Frimex and deal with both the accounts receivable and accounts payable sides.
You will, among other things:
Collecting, checking, and processing incoming invoices.
Following up on the internal approval process.
Preparing and sending invoices to customers.
Monitoring outstanding items and sending payment overviews and reminders.
Compiling and processing payment batches.
Answering questions about invoices and payments.
Preparing general ledger specifications.
Supporting the annual audit.
Invoicing involves more than just putting an amount on an invoice. You take into account agreements regarding, for example, contract coverage, rates, discounts, warranty periods, and payment terms. Do you see something that is incorrect? Then you investigate it and communicate with the right colleague.
Experience within a technical organization is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

With more than 350 colleagues, Frimex is active within electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, climate technology, and commercial kitchen technology. We work for well-known organizations within retail and hospitality throughout the Netherlands.
You will notice that in the financial administration as well. Behind every invoice lies a project, a maintenance visit, or a malfunction. Because of this, you work closely with other departments and the administration is directly connected to what happens daily at our customers' locations.
The atmosphere at Frimex is down-to-earth and informal. Lines of communication are short, colleagues easily drop by each other, and if something is incorrect, we figure out together how it should be. You will receive responsibility for your own work and room to suggest improvements.
Frimex is part of the VDK Group, a family of 185 independent companies with 9,000 employees. This means you work within the personal culture of Frimex, backed by the security and development opportunities of a large technical organization.
