For our Van Mossel Renault Dacia branch in Barendrecht, we are looking for an enthusiastic service advisor. In this position, you are the administrative hub in the web of our workshop. From the back office, you support our mechanics and fellow service advisors in the areas of warranty processing and invoicing.

You ensure that all activities in the workshop are correctly registered and invoiced to the customer. You manage the warranty process from A to Z and, together with your team, ensure efficient and customer-oriented processing of administrative orders. A varied and responsible role in which your organizational and communicative talents will truly shine!

You know how to switch effectively between administration and customer contact and always maintain an overview, even when it is busy. You are service-oriented, enjoy working together, and are dedicated to a satisfied customer. Furthermore, you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

• Excellent command of the Dutch language;

• Full-time availability.
