Junior/Medior AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will receive a hands-on and central role within our organization to prepare us for the future. You will actively participate in the design, development, and improvement of AI solutions and products. You will help build platforms such as VisionAI and Aurora, work with modern AI frameworks, and translate technical possibilities into scalable applications. You are close to the technology: from experimenting with new models to implementing and bringing them to production.

In addition, you are responsible for researching, selecting, and implementing new AI technologies within our organization. You test new tooling, develop prototypes, and help structurally integrate AI solutions into our systems. You work closely with developers and other engineers and play an active role in raising the technical AI level within Yellowtail. This is a place where you not only learn, but also directly build solutions that are actually used.

You have a completed technical degree in, for example, computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, or informatics. You feel at home in code and get energy from building technical solutions. You have experience with Python and modern AI/ML and LLM frameworks (for example, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar). You understand how software is developed and have an affinity for cloud environments such as Azure. You are curious, enjoy experimenting with new technologies, and want to work in an environment where innovation is central.
