In this position, you will work fully remote (or hybrid if possible), in a digital team that provides pharmaceutical care to clients throughout the Netherlands.

As a nurse, you are the connecting link between clients, pharmacists, and the logistics team. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from intake to medication dispensing. You combine customer-oriented contact with process insight and quality-conscious working - fully digital.

• Client contact & pharmaceutical care: performing telephone intakes, answering questions via telephone, email, and chat.

• File management: checking and supplementing client files, monitoring medication safety, and flagging irregularities.

• Collaboration with pharmacists: coordinating regarding prescriptions and deviations, ensuring correct documentation according to laws and regulations.

• Process coordination: supporting logistical processes remotely and thinking along about improvements in workflow and quality.

• Quality monitoring: contributing to the safeguarding of procedures and cooperating in the optimization of digital care processes.
