Requirements

What we're looking for

You bring knowledge of marketing, communication, or a similar field through an education and/or relevant (retail) work experience.
You have experience with email marketing and setting up and executing email campaigns.
You can carefully process large amounts of information and translate them into the right campaigns and segmentations.
You work accurately and have an affinity with technical systems and tools. Experience with Selligent or other ESPs, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Languages

You can express yourself well in English, so that you can collaborate effectively in our international working environment.

The role

In this role, you are the digital voice to all our WE IS ME Members through your email campaigns. You will work within the Marketing & Communication department and be part of the Email team, which consists of 1 team lead and several junior supporting roles.

In this job, you are responsible for executing and analyzing all our email campaigns and, among other things, ensuring that every WE IS ME Member receives the right email at the right time. Additionally, you will be involved in creating templates, the latest email techniques, segmentations, planning various A/B tests, and proactively thinking along about new campaigns and the optimization of already implemented campaigns.

To ensure that we inform our Members even better and more relevantly every day and achieve as high a result as possible in response and conversion, you will work closely with colleagues from other departments, such as design, copywriting, merchandising, and data analysts. And the fun thing about our team is that this is a fast-paced and result-oriented environment!
